Hi Didymus,
It is not possible to have two components with the same ID on one PCB. It is not a good practice to have two PCB areas in ine PCB design, you will experience complications when you get it manufactured. Alternatively join your designs on one PCB but for that component IDs will have to change at least for the duplicated component IDs from oneo n the previous boards
