i believe all 3 are used ,however i think FeRAM in a world of acronyns is more pleasing to the ear! Cor,blimey gov!

I do believe MagRAM would be included in on that. (FYI the US Military has used that technology in the past/present with them still using Magnetic tape backup).

But I do like the FeRAM accronym.
