DesignSpark Forum: no emails?

I always tick "Notify me when someone responds", but I have never received an email. My email address is correct in my profile, and the domain is in my safe senders. What could be wrong?

Thanks for the heads up, I'll log a ticket with our developers and get them to fix this.

Could you also ask them to add a section on the user profile where I can see a list of all the posts I have made, or at least started? It's a real PITA having to go through them one page at a time under Activities.

 

Or better still, get vBulletin!:)

Hi Nigel,

I had (still have?) the same problem and updated "my Account" under "Alerts" tab selected the "Ask - quest...." to receive an email for every post and update. This is not as many as I was worried about and it does allow you to see replies to older posts which can be quite informative.

If there was an issue, it is is I now get two or three emails for a single post!
