I am totally overwhelmed by the treatment I have received from RS. I am a lonely farmer, living in the middle of nowhere, with limited internet access, no land-line telephone and on a long, dangerous, hilly dirt-road. But RS has gone the extra mile to help me in any way they can. An electronic catalogue has been organised, to be delivered to a central point for me to collect, offers of assistance have poured in from managers, secretaries, personal assistants, salespeople, and other members of RS, both here in South Africa and UK.

RS - you have a great deal to be proud of. The attention you have given me is absolutely outstanding. In fact, there are no suitable words to describe just how incredibly impressed I am with the company.

You deserve your position in the industry. Well done.

Hi

Sorry but I have still not received the board (I was emailed on 9th Jan that I would receive a board in next 14 days). I have emailed to both chipkitchallenge@designspark.com as well as contest@circuitcellar.com but no response from anyone yet.

Could the admin check the status please?

Thanks

No Board... they said to email after 14 days. Sent to 'contest@circuitcellar.com' but no reply, no acknowledgement after a few days. So tried another email address 'chipkitchallenge@designspark.com'... same. Would like to get started rather than email to no effect. Sniff.

I never got any information about an RS Components (or Allied) account being setup as i DIDN'T check the 'I do not want an account set up'.  Is this still coming or should i not worry and just create one myself?  The entry form said 'We will inform you of your account details separately', but i haven't heard anything.

Just wondering...

cheers

I don't know whether I am being paricularly dumb here, but is there a bare-board shield template with the connectors in place to use as a starting point? Or do I have to work it out myself?

I've had a good look around, but see nothing like it ..... so far!
