Activation not working

The Activate link from within DesignSpark does not work, I got:
Error: The requested address '/pcb-activation?sn=[deleted]' was not found on this server.
So I went to the link on this site, but I've now been waiting 10 minutes for the email ...

Hi Nigel, we are waiting for the link redirections to go live - this takes a bit longer than we expected. You did the right thing going directly to the DSPCB home page and clicking the activation button. I tried it just now and every time getting an email almost immediately, so not really sure why you are not getting your email. There are couple of things to check: the email address registered with us - this is displayed on the confirmation screen when the code is sent (or re-sent), once in your mailbox check the spam folder - sometimes activation emails are caught by spam filters.

It's been 30 minutes now, tried the resend a few minutes ago, nothing :(
No junk filters at my ISP, checked junk mail folder on Outlook. -

Just tried the direct link after installing V4, then tried copying serial to the webpage form field and neither worked, says service unavailable.

I have a similar problem with activation of Ver 4. I went directly to the product activation link because the link from the main software showed an error. I then logged in in and copied and pasted my serial number as required. The system told me that I should go check my emails for the code. It shows me that it was sent over an hour ago. I still have not received it. I resent and also cancelled and resent it but still nothing.
I don't have a spam folder on Outlook Express either.
Help.

Same problems for me: direct links does not work, no e-mail and a very slow website.
