Activation e-mail(s) not received

My product serial number is registered on the registration page but neither the original or re-send request email has reached me.
I have checked junk filters and emails but no luck
Check my email address on record and that is correct.

Same thing here...did not receive activation code through email. Junk folder checked, email address confirmed...

If you have a old Version 3 serial number then that can still be used in version 4.
