Apologies - but we've got an intermittent problem with a pretty small number of users not receiving their activation email successfully.
please drop us an email at [url]mailto:designsparkpcb@rs-components.com[/url] with username & serial and we will respond as quick as we can with your details as we implement a fix that makes the email to you more reliable.
Alternatively just use your old details, they will remain the same if you are upgrading from a previous version.
Update: the activation email issue is now rectified. If you do not receive activation emails from us, please check your SPAM folder, as this is where they sometimes get caught. Any problems, please email us from Help>Support in DesignSpark PCB
Many thanks to all users who emailed us in the recent days requesting your activation codes. Thanks to your details we were able to pin point the activation email issue that only affected a small percentage of overall activations.

Hi, the issue with activation email not always being sent out is now rectified. We do however find that some of you are getting activation emails in spam folders of your email clients. This is independedt of us and very little we can do about this, the format of the email is new and the email clients such as hotmail yahoo or others need to 'learn' that these emails are not spam. We would like to ask you to mark the activation emails you find in spam foider as 'not spam' - this would help other designspark members in the future.
If for any reason you still can't find the activatiom email or get your code to working, please email us from Help>Support in DesignSpark PCB providing a description and a screenshot of your view of the activation page http://www.designspark.com/activation (you need to be logged in).
I'm still not receving the activation email... I've tried:
Creating a new account - don't get the new account email Changing the existing email address for my account - no email received Resending the activation email - no email received
I've tried contacting the support team but no response.
I think my account only got activated as part of the investigations from into the recent issues - the only email I've ever received was as follows: >>>> You may have experienced some problems logging in.
We have rectified this issue.

It's a bit frustrating as I'd love to be able to use the software but no support or information has been forthcoming.
We have resolved the issue of activation emails not being sent out to you, we now are sending 100% of the emails successfully. Unfortunately we have encountered yet another email issue which is different from the first one and manifests itself in small percentage of emails being filtered by ISPs (Internet Service Providres), never reaching the recepients. Will keep you updated on progress here, in mean time please email support mailbox if any dobuts or problems. Thank you
