Apologies - but we've got an intermittent problem with a pretty small number of users not receiving their activation email successfully.
please drop us an email at [url]mailto:email@example.com[/url] with username & serial and we will respond as quick as we can with your details as we implement a fix that makes the email to you more reliable.
Alternatively just use your old details, they will remain the same if you are upgrading from a previous version.
