Cannot locate "Support data file"

Hi,
Have just installed DesignSpark PCB, but get ERROR: cannot find support data file..... http:// designspark.eu/data" (per attached screen dump).
Any suggestions appreciated :)

    Hi, this error appears when DesignSpark PCB does not have access rights to write files to Program Data folder C:\ProgramData\DesignSpark PCB where it is trying to write a support.txt file. Hoipe this helps

    Hi, i have the same problem. Do you have any solution? I try to create another path but nothing....
