Designspark PCB ver 4 is dead

Hi to all
I have a strange problem. I have installed ver 4 and I have done the tutorial (very useful) and all whose OK. But now opening the program all menu bars are disappeared, the screen is grey and not white, Shortcuts don't works. Nothing works. What can I do to "restore" the program with originals settings ?
I can't add a screenshot because bmp is not allowed.
Can someone help me?

Hi, this is a strange behaviour, have you tried re-installing? Remmeber to back up all your data and any custom libraries, unsinstall all versions of DSPCB and fresh install Version 4. If this does not solve the issue please email support from Help>Support frim within DesignSpark PCB. Cheers

Thank you for the help....really uninstalling all and re-installing all , the problem seems solved.
I am a new user of the program (only for hobby !) It seems very powerful !

After installing V4, running on WIN 7, I then went to change the file path to our server which is used for back-up security. Big mistake!
DO NOT CHANGE PATHS after installation, really screws up things! Can't even invoke the software.
The answer is to carefully plan directory assignments, then enter in the Set Up process and everything will be fine (or cool, depending on your age). -

A very valuable warning!
This is important for any software, it's like changing the names of the streets and roads in your town and then waiting for your post!
I did this once (changes file paths, not streets!) on a mechanical CAD system, never again.............
