Editing/Changing Bottom Solder Mask

We have a design with somevias that we would like to have covered by solder-mask on the bottom.
A Gerber-editor would do it, but is there another way?

You are talking about tented vias. I know Eagle tents based on the DRC rules and, by the look of it, so does Designspark.
Lemme check -- Design technology/Layer types/Edit Solder mask -> you can opt not to include vias. Er. Looks like that's the only option. You can't seem to select a subset of vias to untent or tent...
