Fill qurestion, want to fill part of a board

hi,
i want to do a part fill on a board, is there anyway to delete the fill outline Top/bottom so it doesnt interfear with other tracks currently it merges with tracks on the same layer

ok panic over just noticed the outline doesnt really exist.
ive inclosed a pic of my problem

Do you means that a filled area appears with a kind of outline that really doesn't exist?
