Problem with DesignSpark PCB v4

I install new version on my PC without uninstall the older version, and when it start v4 nothing work, juste this link openning in my browser:

Hi Arnauld, I am sorry you have experienced this problem. We are already investigating it but it proves difficult as only handful of users see it and we can't reproduce it on our side.
The solution is to hit ALT+F4 this closes the Inlynk advertisement which has malfunctioned. Please let me know if this helped, cheers
Is there anything specific about your setup that comes to your mind that can help us finding the root cause? Any chance you are running some Ad-Blocking software?
